Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ready to get chunky? These cookies are sooooo goooood. I got this off of a Facebook Real years ago and they looked so easy and so good that I tried them. I am so happy I did. They are excellent cookies .
These cookies are not pretty cookies, they spread all out of the pan and are flat. Don’t let that stop you from eating them. They have a nice crispy outer edge and a chewy middle. They are buttery and they are salty and chocolatey.
I live in an RV Park and the camp host loves these cookies. I have cookie days. When I want cookies, I bake a big batch, keep 2 cookies and then go door to door and give the rest of the cookies away. It is how I have met most of my neighbors and made friends here in the park. This is now the only cookie my camp host wants. In fact, I have the dough made and in the fridge chilling to bake Monday to pass out for Cyber Monday.
I found this recipe on a facebook post about 7 years ago and tried this recipe. I am so happy I did. These are one of my all-time favorite cookies. They are so easy to make, are salty and buttery and delicious. I hand them out regularly to my fellow RVers and they are my most requested cookies. Seriously, try these, I believe you will love them. Sometimes chocolate chunks are hard to find, so I just buy chocolate baking bars and chop them up. That works very well.
